How long will it take to complete my order?
The turnaround will vary depending on the quantity and type of product . If you have a deadline to meet, it is crucial that you make us aware of it from the start. In some cases we can offer additional Rush Services to expedite orders if necessary. It's never too early to start a project!
Will you match competitors' prices?
We will make every effort to meet or beat a local competitor's prices. If you have a quote or budget you need to work from, simply let us know and we'll figure it out!
Will you print from my files?
Yes, but if your files do not meet our specifications we might charge additional setup and proofing fees to pre-flight and correct the artwork before going to print.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer checks in order to avoid the added costs of credit card processing, but we will also accept exact cash, Mastercard, and Visa.
Do you offer photo enlargement prints?
Generally we don't offer personal or "residential" services. We do have capabilities in these areas, but we are better equipped to service businesses and their typical marketing needs.
Will you design layouts even if I want to print them somewhere else?
Yes. Please let us know up front if you intend to work with another printing provider. This will allow us to make sure we create the production files to be compatible with your printer's specifications.
Will you send my logo file to ... ?
In short, yes. We archive almost every digital file for every project we work on, so the odds are that we still have your logo, even if we didn't design it. However, we do reserve the right to incur billable time on a client's behalf to look up the appropriate files, convert to requested file types or sizes, and e-mail the files or burn them to a disc.
Do you provide domain registration, or hosting services?
We work closely with an established local provider for these services.
Will I be able to edit the website you design myself?
This is a feature called a Content Management System. We can provide websites that are built with a CMS, or without.
Can I find my own website host?
Yes, we can work with any hosting provider as long as your hosting package has the proper support for any coding used to create your website.
Can you help me set up my staff's, email accounts?
While we technically "can" do this, in most cases it is best for you to contact your hosting service directly.
In our recent mailing campaign, some addresses came back as no such address. Are your mailing lists accurate?
Yes, our mailing campaign lists are processed in several ways to ensure accuracy. However, we cannot guarantee no returns. Sometimes a person moves and does not leave a forwarding address, or they move more than once. If the piece has a yellow sticker on it, it means that the mailing is not deliverable. This only happens to a very small amount of addresses. This problem is much more likely to happen when a client submits their own list, as the lists we provide are typically "scrubbed" as much as possible already. This issue would happen with any mailing house or agency. We all use the same type of processes to prevent issues and delays with the USPS.
